Hi! I just found your website and so happy that I did. I am 3 1/2 weeks post TKR of left knee. I had no idea how difficult this was going to be. My biggest issue seems to be sleeping at night. I’m unable to sleep in my bed. I’ve been sleeping in a uncomfortable recliner chair but can only sleep about 3 hours before waking up. Every 3 to 4 nights I attempt to sleep in my bed with different pillow configurations with no luck. The pain is so much worse at night and the Norco doesn’t help as much . Are their any suggestions on how to help me with this? I’m exhausted! Thanks so much!

  • Hi Robyn,
Thanks for stopping by and leaving your tkr comment. I have authored a book titled “Dealing With Insomnia After a TKR” that you may find interesting and helpful. You can purchase it via my Books page.
Stay in touch and best of luck. Let me know if you have any more questions.
