    I’ve read that Agave Nectar is a good alternative to cane sugar because it has a lower glycemic index. What are your thoughts?

    Thanks for visiting my site and leaving your question.
    It’s a good one. I, personally, would prefer agave nectar over cane sugar since I would use smaller amounts of it when compared to refined sugar.
