Hi I had bi-lateral TKR almost 6 weeks ago. I have great ROM at 115 -120 in both knees. I ride my recombint bike twice a day and in PT 3 times a week. I also walk my dog, not sure the distance but about an hour each morning. I have no pain and haven’t for a couple weeks already. I do have a lot of stiffness.

I only use Advil before PT and bed. I also use ice multiple times during the day. I only worry about the stiffness because I have to go back to work in 2 weeks. I’m a teacher. People tell me it will go away but I’d like to hear from others who might have had this problem. Thanks. I just stumbled on your blog and glad I did.
