Thank You

Hi my favorite readers! I wanted to take a moment and thank you for visiting and participating on this site.

After recently reviewing a number of sites that are classified as tkr knee forums, I can confidently say that you are different from the rest.

Most tkr blog sites have comments posted with no one responding. Other sites simply contain outdated information. You have made this site work.

Thank you. Good luck and keep on working!

I’m in need of finding a support group for people who have had a total knee replacec\ment

  2. Hi Diana,
Thanks for visiting my site and placing your comment. I have replied privately, also. Hospitals having surgeons who perform total knee replacements usually have support groups. Also, check around my site and find support. Since this site has been around for 10 years, there is bound to be something that suits your needs.
Good luck and keep in touch!

  3. my husband is haveing a tkr in a few weeks and he also has mulitable chemical sentivty any advise on the hosiptal stay

  4. Hi,
Today I found this blog and it sounds I am in the right place. Any comments on the following.
I had double knee replacement around 2012. The left knee did not turn out quite as well as the right. It has less Range of motion than the right and if you walk a lot or spend a lot of time on your feet you can get some swelling in the knee. In addition at night after a long day on my feet I get a ache that only goes away if I fall asleep. This has happened not long after the original replacement. Doctor says knees look fine.
Any advice? Right know I do not take any medication for pain managQh7ement.

  5. Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for visiting my site and leaving your tkr question about a hospital stay. I do not provide advice on this site, only a sharing of personal experiences. Have you looked around my site? There is bound to be something that provides additional insight.
Good luck and keep in touch!

  6. Hi William,
Thanks for stopping by and enjoying my site. As stated throughout this blog, I do not offer medical advice. I only share personal experiences. Since I have only had one knee replacement, I am not the expert on a double procedure. There is information on this site that you can benefit from, however. Take a look around!
Keep in touch and good luck…

  8. Hi Evelyn!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my site and leave your comment. You have sparked my interest in writing a post about how to use a blog. I received your comment. However, you posted it to an article/post that is not tied in to any topic. The correct way of doing it would be to find an article/post that discusses the topic you are interested in. Then, type in your comment in the comment box below the article/post.
Hope this helps. Take a look around my site. Find a topic that interests you. Then, leave a comment. 🙂
Keep in touch and best of luck.

  9. I had a knee replacement in 2014 recently my knee is hurting on the right side like muscle pain or ligament pain. No fall possibly twisted it. It hurts to bear wt but when i start walking the pain is better just that initial step. Has anyone ever experience this.

  10. Hi Sandy,
Thanks for visiting my site and leaving your tkr comment. I am not certain, however, that you will receive responses to your comment since you posted it under “Thank You”. Have you looked around my site to find an appropriate article/post? I have written numerous ones discussing pain after a total knee replacement. By posting on appropriate posts, you will likely receive comments from readers experiencing the same or similar things.
Keep in touch and good luck!
